This would help the employees to work with interest and get motivated accordingly. When I worked for an organization I was motivated in such a way by my leader that I could contribute my creativity to the firms growth. The firm was launching a product and it had to decide whether it would target the teenagers or the women. I came up with a recommendation of targeting both the groups through one advertisement. At first my recommendation was not liked by many but later on it was accepted and the advertisement turned out to be very successful.
